Is there a limit on residents?
The advertised new-customer subscription includes unlimited residents. Contact the team to confirm your society setup, selected offer and any applicable terms before activation.
How does a resident activate their account?
The society admin creates the resident profile and generates an activation code. Install the resident app and use the code to activate the account. The admin can share the code through WhatsApp.
Does every guard need their own phone?
No. The guard app supports a shared gate phone used by the guards at that gate. The society admin configures the guard profile and gate setup.
